Joseph F. Major, CKD, President of Kitchen
Technique, Inc. began his career in the kitchen industry as an
installer in 1978 and soon realized that designing kitchens was far
more challenging and rewarding. Working with clients to create a
unique design and providing quality products that respond to their
needs are an integral part of each project.

Joe has been presented with several NKBA design awards
and numerous manufacturer's awards. His designs have been
published in American Home Style Kitchen & Bath Custom
Planner, Garden State Home & Garden, Kitchens by
Professionals, and The Kitchen Collection. |
Kitchen Technique is a member of the National
Kitchen and Bath Association, an organization dedicated to upholding
and enforcing the highest standards of integrity and technical
competence in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry. Joe served
on the executive committee of the New Jersey Chapter of NKBA from
1994-1996. He has also served as President of the Oakland/Franklin
Lakes Rotary Club from 2004-2005 and is a NJ state licensed home
improvement contractor. Kitchen Technique is also a member of the
New Jersey Business Industry Association.

Gail began her career as a certified public accountant
in 1976 working for a major accounting firm in New York. As
Kitchen Technique's success became apparent, Gail joined
Kitchen Technique full-time. Her attention to detail and her
accounting background are priceless.

Rebecca is a
graduate of Berkeley College with an Associates degree in
the applied science of Interior Design. Along with a
passion for design, she also has a strong 3-year background
in the retail plumbing industry which allows her to further
understand the client's specific wants and needs for any
project. From creating renderings to writing and reviewing
orders to working with clients when it's time to add those
final touches to their project, Rebecca is an integral part
of the design process at Kitchen Technique.

Carol has been with Kitchen Technique since 1990. She
began as a draftsman and eventually became a designer
working with Joe's clients as well as her own. While working
at Kitchen Technique, Carol got married and is now raising
two boys, Justin and Christopher. She now works part time by
appointment only with our clients.

Before joining Kitchen Technique, Cliff was employed by
a custom home builder overseeing the various trades. His
knowledge of how a project should run is invaluable.
In 1989, Cliff joined Kitchen Technique and immediately
became an integral part of the company. Cliff is a first
class craftsman who takes pride in every project. His work
can be viewed in our gallery. In keeping with tradition,
Cliff's son Corey is now working with us as an apprentice
carpenter. |
