Kitchen Planning Questionnaire

If you’ve never remodeled before, the thought of it can be daunting. Kitchen Technique goes out of our way to deliver a comfort level like no one else. Below is a rough outline of what to expect once you contact us in our Fair Lawn, NJ design studio.

Before you walk through our doors:

· Make a list of what you DON’T like about your current kitchen or space.

· Compile pictures of the styles that appeal to you.

· Establish your budget. 

When you walk through our doors:

1. Together, we develop a floor plan and discuss preliminary drawings.

2. Cabinetry, appliances, countertops and more are decided upon.

3. We review your project and you give it the final okay!

4. Timelines are decided upon, contracts are signed.

5. Products (i.e. kitchen cabinets) are ordered.

6. Permits are obtained.

7. Demolition begins (once you’ve created a makeshift kitchen space and saved up lots of coupons for favorite restaurants).

8. Installation of walls, cabinetry and the like occurs.9. Finishing touches…such as knobs and lights. 

Once your project is complete:

· Make sure every detail is done to your liking.
