if you have them. Your designer will
ask many questions to discover your
needs and desires. This information
will be the foundation for your

for your product. Often ideas and dreams do not
match up to the reality of a budget. With our
experience, we will make every effort to accommodate

Second Appointment

The second appointment will take place at your home.
This visit is most important in setting the
parameters for your project.
We will discuss options such as:
We will also accurately measure the areas involved,
inspect existing mechanicals, review your budget and
establish Kitchen Technique's role in your project.
Based on the information collected, we will then be
able to create a design and prepare a detailed
proposal.
The consultation fee for this visit is $500. This
charge will be applied to your contract deposit if
you proceed. If not, the fee will compensate
Kitchen Technique for time expended on your behalf.

The Third
Appointment
Presentation of Design Concepts & Proposal
At this meeting, we will review preliminary floor
plans, design concepts, options, material, products
suggested and you will be presented with a detailed
proposal based on the preliminary design.
** Should you decide to proceed at this point, a
retainer fee of $2000 is required** This fee
will also be applied toward your contract
deposit.
We will now make detailed dimensional drawings,
artistic renderings, order samples, provide a vendor
list for selection of appliances, tile, flooring,
granite, etc. If necessary we will have our plumber,
electrician, or foreman visit your home to make sure
there are no hidden problems. Our commitment to you
will be unparalleled personal attention. We will
spend as much time as necessary to ensure that you
are totally satisfied with your design before we
finalize our contract.
